SUPPLY OF VISITORS CHAIRS AT 2ND FLOOR MAIN
OFFICE BUILDING SBP BSC (BANK) KARACHI.
Sealed Tenders are invited from the Contractors/ contracting firms for the abovementioned
job. Contractors enlisted with Pak. P.W.D., Provincial P.W.D.s M.E.S.,
Quasi Government Body, State Bank of Pakistan or any reputed organization that is
doing the similar nature of work shall be eligible to get the tender documents.
The Tender documents can be obtained free of cost from the office of the undersigned
at Engineering Department 1st floor Bolton Market M.A Jinnah Road, Karachi.
The interested contractor/Firm who register with the sale tax department shall
apply for the tender along with their complete profile/resume with the details of works
of similar nature presently in hand and executed during last five years with cost
supported by the documentary evidence.
The amount of Earnest Money for the above quotation/tender is 2% of quoted
amount payable either in cash or in the form of a Bank Draft / Payment Order in favor of
the State Bank of Pakistan SBP Banking Services Corporation (Bank) Head office,
Karachi. Conditional, incomplete tender without earnest money shall not be accepted.
Tender should be dropped in the sealed Tender Box kept with the P.A. to
Director, Engineering Department, State Bank of Pakistan, BSC (Bank), 1st floor Bolton
Market Building, Karachi by 11.00 A.M. on 11-6-2009.The tenders will be opened on
the same day at 11.30 A.M. in the presence of the contractors / renderers’ who may like
to be present. Further personal convincing or recommendations will also disqualify the
bidders.
